As a mental health therapist, I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy. I modify and blend these methods based on what works best for you, ensuring that our time together is meaningful and productive. My ultimate objective is to support you in creating a fulfilling life that reflects your values and aspirations.

My primary areas of focus include trauma, life transitions, personal growth and self-improvement, identity exploration and development, coping skills for depression and anxiety, and emotional regulation.
