Alicia embarked on her journey in Behavioral Health at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology. It was during her graduate studies at Fordham University that she delved into the profound realm of mindfulness-based interventions, igniting her passion for utilizing creativity in the therapeutic space and evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
